As a consultation firm, our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made for consultations, services, or packages.

Payment is required in full before any consultation services are rendered. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the consultation has been completed or if the client decides to discontinue the services.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
